Pincurls! Keep Your Workout On Track and Your Hair in Check

In my post last night, I told you all how rollersetting was the way to hair growth. So after a good nights sleep and a great 2 mile run this morning I realized that it would be helpful for me to tell you how to keep that rollerset in order if you workout or not.

Pincurls ladies, pincurls! After I removed my rollers last night, I put a little Moraccin oil on each section pincurled, and placed my satin scarf on to sleep. Woke up this morning removed my satin scarf, put on my workout clothes and went for a run. I have this thing with working out without a scarf on...I just don't like the look so I was outside with pincurls. It just looks like- from a distance-that I have short hair. The key to this is not letting the pin touch your scalp because then your strands are touching the sweat that you want to keep confind to your scalp. I let my scalp dry in the curls while I shower and get dressed, removed the pins, add a little moisturizer, shake and go.

Consider this way of keeping your hair styled and pretty all while staying healthy.
